SRMC Talent Acquisition Projects and Programs Lead Allison Brinkley said this partnership can open doors for the college’s veterans.

“I look forward to many of them applying for our summer internship program,” Brinkley said. “Our internships give students an opportunity to see what SRMC does and how they might fit in.”

Executive Director of Military Affairs and External Programs for USCA Robert Murphy, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, emphasized the university’s commitment to supporting veteran and military students.

“Partnerships such as the one with SRMC have played a vital role in broadening educational and career opportunities for our veterans,” Murphy said. “SRMC has been a strong supporter of this program since its inception, and their ongoing investment reflects a true commitment to the success of our veteran students.”

This partnership represents a vital step forward in supporting veterans as they embark on their civilian careers, ensuring they have access to valuable resources and opportunities for success.

SRMC comprises parent company BWX Technologies, Inc. with partners Amentum and Fluor.
